It passed a little more than a decade since the death of Kralja bb, but his heritage lives through his music, his influence on the generations of guitarists who followed and his beloved city of Memphis.

The organizers planned two days of celebrations – both centered live music.

Others take place two days later 16. September. This is the entrance to the BB Kingle’s Blues Club in BB King. The iconic club was opened in 1991. as a joint project between the king and the late Peters.
Peters’ daughter, Sara Fai Egan, is CEO Company for Blee Street Blues.

And while the king and her father left, the club will still do it through special events like birthday celebrations, but also daily. The BB king serves both a club and a restaurant that offers a kitchen of South Style, live music seven days a week at lunch and dinner and photos and memorabilia days back to the day.

At one point there was BB King’s Blues clubs in various American cities. Only two are now the original club in Memphis and one in Montgomery, Alabama.
