Canva is a great tool for the owners of small businesses, online entrepreneurs and traders who do not have time and want to edit quickly.

To create sophisticated graphics, a tool like Photoshop can be ideal. To use it, you will need to learn your hundreds of functions, get to know the software and it is best to have good in design.

It also runs the latest version of Photoshop, you need a top computer.

So, Canva takes place here, with Canvo, you can do all this with the drag and falling function. It is also easier to use free. An even favorable paid version for $ 12.9 per month is also available.

How is Canva used?

To start at Canva, you will need to create an account by providing your email address, Google, Facebook or Apple credentials. You will then choose your account between students, teachers, small companies, large companies, non-profit or personal. Based on your choice type of account, templates are recommended for you.

When you apply for an account, Canva will suggest different types of posts to choose. Based on the type of account you set you will be able to see templates categorized next categories: Social media posts, documents, presentations, marketing, events, advertisements, launching your business, build your brand online, etc.

Start by selecting the template for your post or searching for something more specific. Search the social network name to see a list of post types on each network.

Templates

You can then select a template. Choose on hundreds of patterns that are ready to go, with custom photos, text and other elements.

Photos

When you select a picture, the CANVA photo editing features allow you to set photos (brightness, contrast, saturation, etc.), crop or animate.

When you subscribe to Canva Pro, you get access to the number of premium functions, including background release. This feature allows you to remove the background from any bay photo in the library or any image you upload.

Lyrics

The card text allows you to add titles, normal text and graphic text to your design.

When you click the text, you will see the font adjustment options, font size, color, formats, spaces, and text effects (such as shadows).

You want to create your own videos? Choose between thousands of videos. You will find videos moving up to 2 minutes

You can upload your own videos as well as videos from other websites in the Uploads tab.

After selecting videos, you can use the editing functions in Canva to edit the video, turn it and adjust its transparency.

Wallpapers

You will find free photos on the background tab to serve as a background on your design. Change the background to the template to give it a more personal touch.

Styles

The Styles tab allows you to quickly change the look and feel of your template with just clicking. And if you have Canva Pro subscribe, you can upload custom colors and your brand fonts to ensure that designs stay in brands.

Logo

If you have a subscription to Canva Pro, you will have a logos card. Here you can transfer variations of your brand of logo to use in full design.

You can also create your own logos from Canva. Note that you cannot protect the logo with stock content in it.

With CANVA, free users can download and share design on multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Slack and Tumblr.

Pros:

AGAIN:

• Some professional templates are only available for PRO users
• Advanced photo editing functions such as blur or deleting a certain area missing.
• Some elements that fall out of design are ticklish to download.
• Characteristics (such as Canva presentations) can use some improvement.
• If you are a regular user of Adobe products, you may find the CANVA functions limited.
• Prefers to work with vectors. Especially the logo.
• Collect the prices of the company

Conclusion

Generally, Canva is a great tool for those who need simple images for projects. If you are a graphic designer with experience, you will find Canva platform that lacks adaptation and advanced features – especially vectors. But if you have little design experiences, you will easily find Canva for use from advanced graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or illustrator for most projects.
