Aniston, which is open about her diet and exercise regime, now opens about the beauty routine that left the 56-year actress looking anything except.

“I think so aging is graceful, I have an eternal fountain of optimism and positivity,” she said Glamor Magazine. “Call that youth if you want.”

She added: “But I think it all starts loving our bodies and love where we are.”
