How to play strands
Strands is the newest game in the new York Times’ stable from the puzzle. It’s a fun turn on the classic word search words. Every day, we have given us a new topic, and then in charge of discovering all the words online that match the topic, including a spanking that extends two sides of the plate. One of these words is Spanking who cross from one side of the network to another and reveals even more about the subject of the day.

Most of them are familiar. Sugar cubes, brown sugar, granulated sugar, powdered sugar. However, I was not familiar with invert’s sugar, which is actually just a syrup, basically. Syrup made of sugar, or not the type you get from Maple trees. Turbinado also threw me on the loop. I’ve never heard of it before, although I’m familiar with the guy crystal brown sugar that you see in those brown peaks of sugar in cafes. I just didn’t know it was such a fun, exotic name! Stacking really!
