I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend to work work. We returned to school, back to work and returned to Olde Grindstone, with September marking the end of the summer (21. years, I believe) and the beginning of autumn. Then it’s just a jump, skip and jump to Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. My oh how time is flying. But before we move on our own, let’s solve today’s strands!

How to play strands
Strands is the newest game in the new York Times’ stable from the puzzle. It’s a fun turn on the classic word search words. Every day, we have given us a new topic, and then in charge of discovering all the words online that match the topic, including a spanking that extends two sides of the plate. One of these words is Spanking who cross from one side of the network to another and reveals even more about the subject of the day.

Daybreak
I immediately found a circle, mostly because I was looking for shapes and (as always) first search in corners. This confirmed my notion that we should have requested shapes, but it was not entirely right. We actually asked for things we would deal with Geometriclass – today’s Spankagram – I found because I found a class and then work back. From here, the line and surface and strength and plane, everyone appeared on the right side of the net and was not difficult to circle the corner and point. I’ve never been good at geometry, though I think it’s pretty fascinating.
