How often is the Rider Cup feature?

Rider Cup is played every two years, alternately between the Course in the United States and one in Europe.

What is the Rider Cup format?

Rider Cup is a contest in the match packed during a three-day range. The first two days have players who compete as couples in two different formats – four and four balls. The final day contains 12 matches match main to heads.

In the fours, players alternate shots. The lowest score wins the hole. If the results are the same, the hole is ruled by tie. In four balls, every golfer is playing your ball. Whoever records the lowest individual score wins the hole. If the two lowest results are the same, the hole rules the tie.

The three days consist of 28 total matches. Each match is worth one point. In case of a draw, each team receives half a point. The first outlooking 14 total points achieve victory.
