Earlier today, Nascar And her legal team submitted a notice to the District Court. 23KI Racetrack and front Motoroports have responded. Today’s attempts to submit a request is basically expelling the preliminary request of team ban.
Nascar and Jim France made several “voluntary obligations” In order to prevent the ban approved to 23KI race and front motor sports. Basically, they will not sell six charters that are previously connected to teams. They will also not change the rules to prevent teams from missing races in the 2025 season. Year as open teams.
Given these concessions, NASCAR wants to prevent the ban on the approval for teams. Teams want to obtain the status of the Charter, the same situation they had to start the season. They also want to stop the NASCAR to sell or transmit charters while the case is in progress.
In response to the submission, Jeffrey Kessler announced a statement on behalf of 23ki racing and front motoports. That statement is included in it.
“Prosecutors do not agree to notify the accused and representations of Preliminary Prosecutor. Prosecutors further agree that the notice of the Accused and representatives show that the prosecutor’s not complain of irreparable damage,” Kessler said in the statement. He continued, “prosecutors will give their position to the Court of Notice and the national teams of the accused 2. September 2025”
The two sides met on the court on Thursday. It was a heated hearing regarding the request of the ban. Now JUDGE BELL is still in considering proposals and NASCARs and teams remain back and forth.
September is just around the corner that is this weekend. After Darlington and the first playoff race Nascar, it will be three months before the scheduled date of the trial. 23ki race and front motoroportics will enter external uncertain whether it will even exist as businesses until the moment about 500 days come.
Judge Bell warned the time and again that this case would not settle outside the court. No side seems to want to meet in the middle. Nascar stated several times that they no longer want to do business with these two teams.
Many insecurity around this lawsuit right now. No one is sure where the sport ends on the other side, but right now it looks like things will be much different than they are currently standing.
There is a future in which victory in the race and front and NASCAR must sell property. This includes racing tracks, Series Arca Minards and potentially changing the charter system. The teams also collected concerns due to the next general car, parts of the supplier of individual sources, intellectual property rights over cars and innovation and more.
