ABREGO GARCIA’S LAWYERS AS A JUDE FOR GAG ORDER AGAINST ADULT officials

Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s lawyers asked for the Federal Judge in Tennessee to prohibit top trump officials to make remarks about their client who could bend the jury against him.

Lawyers said that the administration officials accused Abrego Garcia, Salvadoran national accusations, because the criminal gang was declining and made other negative claims about him that represents the “significant probability of materially prejudiced this procedure.”

Lawyers pointed out numerous recent instances, including the Department of Homeland Security Secretary Krista Noem calling Abrego Garcia “MS-13 Gang member of the Gand, Merchant, in human beings, serial domestic abuser and child”.

This is the second time Abrego Garcia lawyers requested a judge to start in the administration statements. The judge earlier reaffirming the government to follow all the typical rules and procedures of prosecution, which include avoiding prejudice of experts outside the court.
