Singh was arrested in Stockton in California, 16. August and was later extradited to Florida. Investigators found that he and his passenger, Harneet Singh, escaped in Sacramento Day after the fall, according to the US Marshall service.

“This was a tragic accident – not a deliberate act,” Petition says. “Although responsible are responsibility, the seriousness of the charges against him does not harmonize with the circumstances of the incident.”
