The recording of the Academy forms the Education Committee and Professional Development

TThe recording Academy has established a Board of Music and Professional Development (MEPD). The Committee, co-chaired the executives of the industry I am a biopia and Riggs MoralesThe goal is to improve synergies and amplifiers of the Academy’s efforts on mentoring and education among 12 chapters of the organization, Gramma Museum, Musicales, Academy of Recording Latin and Latin City Cultural Foundations.

Morales has been in music in music for more than two decades, first as a journalist publications such as Source, XXL and Faderand later as a record executive director on EminemShadow records, Atlantic Records, Def Jam and Republic records. Riggs served at the National Board for Recording Academy of the Commissioner from Chapter of New York. In October 2020. was instrumental in launching the Black and Music Collective Academy.
