Our lady progressed until the end of the National Championship in 2024. years, eventually falls on The state of Ohio. It was a driving for a trainer Marcus Freeman and a company.
The 39-year coach took many lectures from loss, which was not easy to deal with. One minute or two, Freeman did not want to show his face.
“That game, there are tactical things I learned,” said Freeman said Tour. “I remember going to the hotel after that game and I couldn’t get out of my hotel room. Like I knew there were some parents downstairs. I think I was hurt, embarrassed.”
So what did Marcus Freeman do? He immediately went to put it in bed too much game.
“The next morning I crashed down to my office at the hotel and watched the game. I needed me to do it,” he said. “And that’s what I was supposed to do to think about that journey in ’24. It was special. We didn’t end up where we wanted to reach our full potential, man. If we did not reach its full potential.” If we didn’t reach your full potential.
However, the ultimate goal is to win a national title, not just getting closer enough to touch it. Notre Dame has pieces to make another job this year.
If Marcus Freeman can find true lessons in it, he has the potential to fight Ireland this time all the way home. But a lot needs to be learned.
“So what do we have to do, what was the difference between that great team and maybe some of the good teams I was part?” Said Freeman. “It’s talent, culture, development. I believe in the difference between good and great teams. We will not change that talent. We have to continue to develop and have a culture and we have a culture and we have a culture.”
Recruitment was a strong place for Marcus Freeman since he took notre ladies. Its last three classes ranked 10th, 11. and 12. National.
The transfer portal was also kind; Notre Dame used him to top up the already talented Roster. Finally, it is about the application of lessons last year.
“There are a lot of lessons I learned from that game,” Marcus Freeman said. “One is that we are good enough to be in that game, we are good enough to win that game. We are good enough to win that game.
“If we get the opportunity to prepare, try not to make some mistakes we did, but this program is good at that game every year. But we have to earn the right to do it.”
