Top 2027. Re-recruiter and current PENN state committed by KONMON SPELL made an unofficial visit to a happy valley:

Armstrong has no current star, but Nittan Lions clearly see something with him who is worth giveing an offer now. Pitt and North Carolina are his only other power supply offer at this time.
Thomas Wilder Decommits from Virginia Tech
