Forbes is looking for nominations for our inaugural top M & A Lawyers In the List of America

Nominations opened for our inaugural list of American GOOR M & A lawyers. This new list will promote the elite cohort of lawyers who practice in the field of merging and acquisitions.

We are looking for superlative lawyers who are part of Blockbuster deals over a billion dollars, with impressive client lists and success records. Participation in structuring joint investment, mergers, takeovers and dispositions, activist takeover and defense, financing arrangements and similar issues will be considered.

Metrics such as the total value and volume of value in the last twelve months, together with the role of a lawyer, is part of our estimate. In curating M & A list, we do not only look at large offers, but also considering factors such as field impact, reputation and management thinking.
