Opening of May 2024. Maison Barnes was a welcome addition to the already living France Cultural and Culinary Scene on the upper eastern side in New York.
Located at 100 east 63rd streets in the Avenue Park, Barnes House One is from the small dining rooms Chef Daniel Bouluda. The renowned chef and innovative restaurants have created this unique place in partnership with the catering of the Barnes, a luxury international company real estate based in Paris.

Maison Barnes was realized through cooperation with a luxury real estate team founded by Heidi Barnes and Helmed Barnes President Thibault de Saint Vincent.
Simply put: Maison Barnes is conceived as a celebration of France “Art de Vivre”, which is reflected in the decor, menu and service.
This philosophy is clear from the moment of arrival. After entering the gracious room through velvet curtains, guests are transported in a garden resembling the exclusive dining room in the Parisian apartment – or, perhaps an Itimate restaurant near the city of Chef Bouluda in Lion, France.
Plush Green Velvet Bankuettes Lift Outdoor walls, while red velvety chairs surround the tables in the center of the room. All tables are well distributed, making it easy to talk.
Someone’s eyes immediately drawn on hand-painted wall frescoes coated with freeling and colored ceilings, the interior designer, is known for their work, including Versailles. Working with his co-designer, Kevin Ouvre, created a room that feels like Belle Epokue Theater.

The menu itself is a will of chef Boulud, a master of French classic cooking with contemporary course. Every dish reflects his passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and culinary expertise Lyon, French domestic, executive chef Romain Paumier.
