Apple Airpods Pro 3 Hands-on: Impressive Anc Improvements

Apple’s “Pro” aircraft should update. Despite the continuous improvement of PRO2 air programs with new functions from their introduction in 2022. years, Apple has not yet produced another robust overhaul of its lowest overhaul of its state-of-the-art roles. At today’s iPhone 17 events (or iPhone Air Event, depending on who you ask), the company has discovered the latest model: Airpods Pro 3. Apple specified the design, added a heart rate, improved actively noise cancellation (ANC), delivered a live translation and much more. And most importantly, it did without increasing the price.

My short demo with Airpods Pro 3 focused entirely on refined anc. I couldn’t try any permanent heart rate or live translation, but I hope to have other options for that later this week.

I immediately impressed me with an updated ANC system. The demo area in Apple Park is in a marble room outside Steve Job Theater. It is a nightmare to record videos, but it is great testing of the AC terrain. This is because you can seem to hear every voice echo from the floor and walls. After departure in transparency mode twice with video and music, I switched to Anc and completely mistaken the roar of the room. I ran the chaos for a few seconds.

Airpods Pro 3 even suffocated voices around me, except for a very loud speaker, to the point that the company representative had to touch me on the shoulder because I could no longer hear her questions. I will need more time to know if they are really better in blocking human voices, but after a few minutes with a new model I can only say that I can cancel more regular environmental noise than before.

This demo gave me a few minutes and with a redundant design. Foam tips are obviously more comfortable, but fit and feeling will take some get used to. I actually surprised how they differed felt compared to the current silicone version, even though I wore foam advice in the past. Eventually, it will be more comfortable for longer listening sessions and I am sure that their passive noise isolation gives a hand with the improvement of the ANC.
