No joke, today’s hard pips is the hardest thing I came across. It really took me a while. I had to clean the board several times to figure it out. There were two special challenging things about this puzzle:
First, there are a lot of different conditions on the board. These are mostly single tiles, small total groups and small = groups and even realized where to start being difficult.
Second, the shape of the puzzle. It is basically a mushroom, and there are a lot of small decays that are a little harder. I’ll walk you through that below. Let’s dive right!

In PIPS you have a multicolor box network. Any colored area represents a different “state” you need to achieve. You have a number of Domin’s products that you need to spend charging in the network. You must use each domino and to achieve any condition correctly to win. There are easy, medium and heavy layers.
Here is an example of difficulty tier pipes:

As you can see, the network has a bunch of symbols and numbers with each color. On the other hand, three purple squares must not be one of the same equal (hence the equal sign stopped). Two pink squares next to that must be equal to a total of 0. Zig-zeagging blue square must be equal to each other. Click on Domains to rotate them and they will need to rotate to fit where they belong.
Not shown on this network are other conditions, such as “less than” or “higher”. If there are multiple tiles with> or To win, you must use all your domins by filling out all squares, be sure to fit each state. Play today’s puzzles here. Below are solutions for simple and medium plates. After that, I’ll walk you through a difficult puzzle. Spoiler forward. It starts like this: Today’s Pips Screenshot: Erik Cain As I said above, even knowing where to start is cunning in today’s PIPS. After running in different conditions and accommodate, I came up with a few things I believed was true: This is how I started. I put 3/2 domino in pink 3 / purple = and 6/2 domino in blue 6 / purple = group, as so: Today’s Pips Screenshot: Erik Cain From here I used empty domins. I knew Domino 5/0 could not go to the stalk of the fungus. It had to go to the pink 5 tiles in orange 0. It meant that 0/2 Domino had to cross next to him, down into a green 2 tile. The only other empty dominoes were double, which meant they had to go to a dark blue group 0 at the very bottom. There was simply no other way that could not be asked: Today’s Pips Screenshot: Erik Cain Since I knew that dark blue 16 groups had to be all four and purple = group was two, I stayed with 1S or 3s to fill the orange = group on the right. Given that I had to make dark blue 3 on the left equal to 3, I needed I need 1 dominoes of 1 pip, so I operated on the assumption that the orange = group was 3. I put 4/3 domino from dark blue 16 in orange = and finished oranges = with double 3. (We need to use pairs and on the left and right hand side). I used 2/2 Domino to finish the purple = group on top, as well: Today’s Pips Screenshot: Erik Cain It’s so good so far. At this point, I put 4/4 domino into a group of dark blue 16 and 4/1 domino in a dark blue group going to Green 3 Group. This wrapped dark blue 16. I put 2/1 domino in green 3 I enter dark blue 3, and then I finished that group with 1/1 dominus, as so: Today’s Pips Screenshot: Erik Cain Fortunately, only two domains left: 1/3 Domino, which I set in orange 1 / pink 3 and 2/4 Domino I set in Blue 2 / Purple 4, finally finished this, very challenging pips! Today’s Pips Screenshot: Erik Cain Maybe it was just me, or maybe it was really the most challenging pip we had so far. Either way, definitely my brain gave me exercise! How did you do?
