Adam Idah is ready for “a fresh start” after moving to the city of Swansia from Celtic


Adam Idah says that “he had no thought to leave Celtic” while Swansy City does not move for the attacker of the Republic of Ireland.

Idah, 24, joined the Welsh Club on the day of the deadline, after 18 months in Glasgow.

Initially, he joined Celtic on a loan from Norvich City and formalized that move last summer in agreement of £ 9.5 million. After 29 goals in 76 performances, Idah referred to its foundation for the reported £ 6 million.

“It was a crazy week,” said Idah said BBC Sport Nie after scored the late equalizer of the Republic of Ireland on Saturday 2-2 draw home near Hungary.

“I didn’t have thought I left the Celtic, but Swansy came in. It was a good project to go down on the champion and restart.

“I loved my time in Celtic, I had amazing memories, but it was probably time to move on and I have a fresh start.”
