The Venice Film Festival The closing ceremony is ongoing, and soon will be revealed which film takes in a prestigious golden lion for the best film.
Last year, Pedro Almodovar took the prize award for the “room next door,” acting in Tilda Swinton and Julianne Moore. Brady Corbet won a silver lion for the best director for his work on “Brutalization”, which lasted three Oscars, and Nicole Kidman scored the Volvi Cup for the best actress.
Films competing for this year’s golden lion include “Frankenstein”, “Kather Ben Hania”, “Kather Ben Hania”, “Kathin Bigelov” Dynamite “Cathrin Bigelov”, “Cathrin Bigelov”, “Mona SUN”, “FASTIFOLD’S “Testament Ann Lee,” Jim Jarmusch’s brother “Iorgos Lanthimos” “” Benni Chan-Vook “,” Benni Saolie “breaking machine” and Paolo Sorrentino “La Grazia”.
The Jury of the Competitions guides the director of “Holdovers” Aleksandar Paine and includes Oscar-Nominovan Brazilian actress and writer Fernanda Torres (“I’m still here”), prominent Iranian autur Mohammad Rasoulof (“Seeds of St. Fugs”), Palma d’or-winning Romanian director Cristian Mungiu (“4 months, 3 weeks and 2 days”), French director Stephane Stephane Brize (“Vermiglio” and producer Zhao Tao (“caught by”).
