The Federal Appeals Court stopped the order of the lower Court of the Court to complete operations indefinitely at the “Alligator Alcatraz” custody of the built-in detention center Florida Everglades.
The Commission voted 2-1 to remain the judge’s order to the result of the appeal, allowing the facility to continue maintaining the detainees of the migrants – for now.
Last month, the American District Judge Kathleen Williams issued a preliminary ban blocking Florida to further expand the detention center and ordering operations to Drindle by the end of October. The judge also ordered the state to convey detainees to other facilities and removes equipment and fences.

“This is a heart attack by American Everglades and every living thing there, but the case is not nearly,” Elise Bennett, a higher lawyer in the biological diversity, said in a statement.
