NCAA Voice Supervisory Board in favor of independent portal transfer window in January

The NCAA Supervision Committee voted on Thursday for the benefit of a window of the transfer portal in January. This new model, if approved by the Administrative Board, would replace the previous system with two separate winter and spring transmission windows.
